If you really want to win by betting, then you have to bet smart and act smart, not just on the table itself but outside it as well. Hence, if your skills aren’t worth something when it comes to poker and you have the worst luck when it comes to the slot machine and the roulette wheel, then it may be time for you to switch gambling opportunities and focus on another game…like blackjack.

Blackjack is a very easy casino game to learn, wager on and master. More than that, twenty-one is very fun to engage in as well, so if you have not attempted betting on black jack yet, then you haven’t encountered all the pleasure in betting yet.

How to Succeed in Twenty-One

Now, before we get to the winning points in blackjack, let’s first recap the established rules of chemin de fer. Remember that the chief goal of every gambler in chemin de fer is to get cards that are equal to 21 or one nearest to it like Twenty or 19. Pray, however, that your cards do not get busted by going over Twenty-one because that means you’ve lost your wager right away.

Card counting in twenty-one is simple. two to ten should be counted on their face value. Face cards, on the other hand, should be counted as Ten. Lastly, you have the opportunity to value the ace as 1 or 11. If you’ve noticed, with the exclusion of the ace rule, the counting method used in pontoon is very much similar to what’s utilized to play Lucky 9. But whereas Nine is the lucky number indeed, in pontoon, 21 is the luckiest number in the pack.

Now that we are finished going over things, here are the hints we’ve brought up.

Don’t Make a Routine of Taking Insurance – You get the opportunity to buy insurance if one of the cards dealt by the dealer is an ace. By paying for insurance and placing a bet that is not more than half the amt. of the gambler’s wager, the player is able to insure that his money won’t be lost if the dealer has a blackjack hiding in his sleeve. But, anything beside that should assure a victory for the croupier.

We recommend against getting insurance simply because your main opponent would be the croupier so it is useless to bet against yourself.

Go for a black jack table on which the minimum wager is not in excess of 5% of your total bank roll.

Lastly, doubling down is the best benefit for a player in twenty-one so remember to utilize this option if your cards display fantastic potential!

Chemin de Fer is both exciting and can be very worthwhile. Learn it and succeed big next time you are at the casino.
