My Casino Chemin de fer Variation Game
by Lawrence on Mar.22, 2017, under Blackjack
I have enjoyed millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of funds at 21. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
