Blackjack is a game that evokes images of a roller coaster. Black jack is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually gets faster. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom collapses.

Blackjack is so similar to a wild ride the similarities are hair-raising. As is the case with the popular amusement park experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for a time before it bottoms out yet again. You must be a black jack player who’s able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is choked full with them.

If you like the tiny coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a much bigger wager, then jump on for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not considering the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you may not easily recount how much you enjoyed life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a nice ride … your head in the clouds. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t recall how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that disappointing fall as clear as day.
