My Gambling Den Chemin de fer Variety Game

by Lawrence on Feb.03, 2020, under Blackjack

I have played countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have played online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this method or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you see betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 wager

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
